Authenticity guarantee

Every item we sell is authentic Simplified Chinese Pokémon TCG product, sourced through trusted traders and checked before it ships to the UK.

Sealed product is factory sealed unless clearly stated otherwise. Singles are described honestly by condition. Set codes and pack counts are shown on every relevant listing.

What we check before we sell

• Factory seals intact on sealed product
• Authenticity marks reviewed (including light-split tells used to spot reseals)
• Correct set code and pack count for the SKU we list
• Honest condition grading for singles

If you believe an item is not as described, contact us with your order details and we will investigate and resolve it fairly.
