Who we are

What we collect

• Order and account details processed by Shopify at checkout (name, delivery address, email, payment confirmation).
• Email addresses you submit for newsletter, waitlist, or back-in-stock alerts (via Klaviyo).
• Technical data such as IP address used for cart security and abuse prevention.
• Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only if you accept via our cookie banner. See our cookie notice.

How we use data

To fulfil orders, answer support queries, send stock alerts you asked for, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors

Shopify (commerce and checkout), Klaviyo (email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under their own terms as our service providers.

Your rights

Retention

Order records are kept as required for tax and consumer law. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings when enabled.
